1. Right to cancel – At any stage prior to the commencement of work to your windows, doors, conservatory or kitchen and for any reason, you have the right to cancel the order, in which case we will issue a full refund of any monies taken as a deposit. At Advanced we don’t believe that holding a customer to the contract when they are not completely certain of their purchase, is the correct way to do business. Therefore, if
you even have the slightest doubt or apprehension and cannot be put at ease by any members of our team then please exercise your right to cancel.

2. Our Product Guarantee – As will have already been outlined by our salesperson, our products, be it windows, doors, a conservatory or a kitchen are of the highest quality, therefore, all hold our 10 year guarantee (except all electrical goods).

3. Our Service Guarantee– Having been one of Scotland’s leading home improvements companies for over 17 years and having dealt with millions of
customers in that time, we have come across every problem in the book! Despite this unfortunately some problems may arise, that not even we can predict! What we can
do, however, is promise no matter what problem arises whether it be a weather delay
or a technical design problem, you, our customer can ALWAYS get in direct contact with the person in charge of that department WITHOUT EXCEPTION.

4. Our Installation Guarantee – All our products are installed by time served joiners, who have been vetted and checked out before gaining approved status. All installers are covered under our guarantee scheme. As they have a self employed status and
fall below the V.A.T threshold they must be paid direct to assist cost efficiency. This figure is displayed on our contract under ‘installation fee’.

Sales Department
Once our salesperson has left, you will have the opportunity to peruse your contract details, at this point you may realise that the salesperson has omitted something or
that you forgot to ask a specific question, or you may even want to change the colour
or design of your product. Whatever, the reason at this point please do not hesitate to contact us. As our salespeople are continuously on the road and in and out of customers homes they are notoriously difficult to get on the phone, so whatever your query or change may be please do not hesitate to contact our Sales Co-ordinator

Technical Conservatories Department
Mr Graham Collins Tel: 0797 0009 071 Graham has been with the company for
over 8 years as a technical surveyor. Graham is in charge of the design structure of
our conservatory roofs, some roofs can be incredibly complicated. It brings us peace
of mind to have such a knowledgeable man with a keen eye for detail and a background in construction on the case.
Miss Heather McFarlane Tel: 0797 0009 081 Heather has worked for the company
for over 6 years. She specialises in tying up all the final details necessary for local authority approval

Installations Department
Once you are completely happy with your contract, the next step will be for our installations department to contact you to arrange suitable dates for our technical surveyor to visit and subsequently for works to commence. Our dedicated installations team are:

Having been with Advanced for 10 years Donna started as trainee salesperson under the watchful eye of the now Managing Director, learning all aspects of the company from concept to completion. Donna favoured survey and installations hence the promotion to Customer Liaison Manager, Donna has knowledge of the capabilities of all our tradesmen putting the right tradesman in the right location with the right customer. Billy began installing our products some 10 years ago, moving into a management role over 6 years ago, having been on site himself for many years he
not only possesses technical expertise but also a working knowledge of the materials and a unique understanding of the tradesmen that he manages.

Glass Shop
Mr David Blair - Glass Shop Manager Tel: 0797 0009 075. David has been with us
for 10 years and currently manages our 30,000 square foot glass plant, which has
every facility available to satisfy you the customer from glass etching through to toughening, we do it all in house. If you have any problems with glass units whether they be in windows, doors or even in conservatory roof units then David is the man to not only answer your question, but he has the ability to organise manufacturing and installing your unit.

Frame Shop

General Production Manager
Mr Robert Cairnduff Tel: 0797 0009 089. Robert has worked for the company for 8 years and has worked in both Frame Shop & Glass Shop and has full knowledge on production and specification. If you have any production or technical queries this is
the man to call.

Directors

Paul started with Advanced as a young man 10 years ago and worked his way through the ranks. With a reputation as the man that “makes things happen” Paul has an excellent work ethic, completely dedicated to the high standards and quality of the product and the smooth running of the factories. Ultimately Paul is the person that controls the entire operations process, nobody knows the product better and he should be able to put any last problems to rest without any difficulties.

Ian has been with the company almost from its conception. Some 15 years ago he began as a salesman progressing to sales manager where he excelled in motivating
his staff and servicing our customers, so much so that his reputation for being the company’s “people person” coupled with his keen management skills and sound product knowledge quickly led him to be the overall Managing Director of our group. As managing Director Ian controls the entire company from sales and planning to installation and remedial, therefore, no matter what your query Ian will be able to
deal with it. Not only is he popular with our customers but he is also a hands on team player who is a favourite with the staff, so if any problem whatsoever should arise then Ian has the know how and the man power to solve it.
